Main Responsibilities

  • Enforces utilization of common processes and tools to maintain consistency in parameter usage within SAP to increase one face to the supplier and/or to enable common manufacturing processes.
  • Provides expertise on parameter and their interface for moderately complex levels, to optimize inventory levels as well as meet production needs.
  • Translates moderately complex parameter requests by analyzing material / parts to optimize inventory levels and meet production needs. Makes enhancements and improvements to documentation to support all facilities.
  • Provides consultancy on Parameter interaction to local business needs.
  • Performs and creates system audits to ensure compliance with the standards allowing for optimization, improvements, and correction of errors.
  • Serves as a liaison between the business, Information Technology (IT), Business Process Integrators and Site Team members for SAP at multiple units, as well as with the Central Parameter Management organization to satisfy business requirements.
  • Provides training on parameter concepts.


What Skills You Need

  • Experience managing dashboards development & visualizations tools (Tableau or PowerBI)
  • Experience working with Office365 (Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • 1 year experience expertise on SAP (Direct, Indirect, Purchased or Manufactured)
  • Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Project management experience of moderately complex projects.
  • Experience understanding Supply Management principles and processes.
  • English fluent.

  • Experience in Python/VBA/Scripting.
  • Experience leading teams/people.
  • Knowledge working with databases: Excel, DB2, HANA, Databricks, AWS.


Education

  • Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree
  • Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree
